- Returns information:
- In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations Act, customer are entitled to return their products with no reason required. This applies 14 days from reciept of the purchased item.If you would like to return your product within 14 days, please inform EzzyGroom of your intention to return by emailing info@ezzygroom.co.uk with your Full Name, Order Number and which products you would like to return.In case of returns, please contact us and we will issue a return number for you to return your order to our returns facility.
We kindly remind customers that all products must be returned unused and in their original, untouched packaging.
Returned items should be returned to EzzyGroom via the cheapest, standard mail service available. The refund (including compliant return postage costs) will be refunded back as long as the product is returned within 14 days of submission of the returns email.
Warranty claims can be made within 2 years of purchase due to a physical defect within the product.
